Tot-Safe ships promptly to the United States via UPS Ground (Standard Shipping) or UPS 3 Day Select (Express Shipping)*. Orders are normally shipped on the next business day after placing your order. Add items to your shopping cart for a shipping cost estimate. We continue to shop around for the best shipping rates available. We think you will find we offer competitive rates compared to our competition. We will never charge any oversize product charges on your orders.
UPS 3 DAY SELECT orders are generally received in 3 business days after the processing time (normally 1 business day), but it is not guaranteed. UPS 3 DAY SELECT is normally twice as fast as UPS Ground shipping.
Shipping charges to the continental US will be calculated at time of checkout based on your total order.
*Orders to Alaska & Hawaii may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with no tracking information available.
SPECIAL ORDER/DROP SHIP ITEMS:
Some products are special order or drop ship items. Special orders/drop ship items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to your shipping address, and may be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other carriers, as determined by the manufacturer.
Currency conversions shown on our product listings are to be used as estimates for our non-US customers. The estimates may or may not show the correct current currency conversion.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING:

Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return most items purchased from TotSafe in new, unused condition in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for full refund of purchase price, minus shipping charges with a valid return authorization from Totsafe.

Items that will not be accepted for return:
Gate Installation Kits - not acceptable once opened.
Driveway Guards - not acceptable once installed.
Toilet Locks & Seats- not acceptable if they have been opened.
Gates (or any items) with loose or missing hardware.
Returns must show the RA# on the label on the outside of the package, and must include your name, address, telephone number, and email address, or a copy of your sales invoice.
Items must be received by TotSafe within 30 days of original purchase date in order for a refund to be processed.
For your own protection, please insure and track each package when returning.
Returns that do not comply with the above policies will not be accepted, and will be returned to you at your expense.
**We do not make exceptions to our return policy.**

6% sales tax will be added to all orders placed from Michigan.
In general, items that are out of stock will show an out of stock notice in the item description and will not be able to be added to the shopping cart. In the event that an item that you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock, TotSafe will promptly notify you via email or phone. Your item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available or can be refunded at your request.
